- I forgot my password
- Choose "Forgot your password?" on the sign-in screen. We email you a link, and you will also need the code from your authenticator app.
- I have a new phone, or lost my phone
- Sign in with one of the recovery codes you saved when you set up your authenticator app. If you do not have them, call Information Technology and they will reset it so you can set it up again.
- Can I read papers without a connection?
- Yes. In the app, open a meeting's board book and choose "Save for offline". Saved books stay for 30 days.
